Business Administration Minor

The business minor gives students the opportunity to develop a core set of business skills that complement their major passion. The minor in business administration is open to students from all majors except pre-business, business administration, or accounting. For general social sciences majors with a concentration in applied economics, business, and society, students must adhere to the GSS double-dipping policy. See the GSS website for more information. Completing the minor requires 24 credits of course work, which can be completed in one academic year.

Business Administration Minor

All professions and organizations, public and private, operate according to business principles. Earning a minor in business administration prepares students to participate in organizational conversations and become leaders within their future professions. The minor in business administration is open to students from all majors other than business administration, accounting, and general social science with a concentration in applied economics, business, and society. Completing the minor requires 24 credits of coursework, which can be completed in one academic year.

Twelve upper-division credits must be taken in the Lundquist College of Business. Courses used to fulfill the minor requirements must be taken for a letter grade and passed with a grade of C- or better. When minor requirements have been completed and notification of application for a degree has been received from the Office of the Registrar, the student is cleared for the minor.
